Our vision guides everything we do—from personalized career coaching to cultural integration support—as we build stronger communities and transform businesses through inclusive hiring practices.

Our Mission.

We work to bring social change for New Americans living in the US through technical training and job placement. Our unique program partners with Regis University, technical schools, corporations, and resettlement agencies to address income disparities for this international population.

How We Create Lasting Impact

Training and Upskilling

Participants receive free, comprehensive IT training (CompTIA certifications), career readiness coaching, and cultural integration workshops.

Career Mentorship

Each participant is paired with an experienced career coach for personalized guidance, interview preparation, and professional networking support.

Direct Job Placement

Candidates are directly matched with open positions at employer partners, ensuring alignment between skills, qualifications, and employer needs.

A Story of Impact

Founded in 2018 in the Denver and Aurora metropolitan areas, TechNation was created to meet the needs identified by employers, resettlement agencies, and internationally-trained New Americans. Since our inception, we have successfully placed over 65 New Americans in rewarding tech roles, providing comprehensive career services, mentorship, and IT training.
