TechNation primarily serves refugees and immigrants who have work authorization (or are in the process of obtaining it) in the United States. Many of our participants have arrived within the last five years from countries like Afghanistan, Ukraine, and across Africa. We also work with longer-term immigrants funded through other workforce programs. Our Fast Track program supports individuals with previous experience through resume writing, mock interviews, and connections to employers.

Each training program is different and focuses on a different discipline, but most programs are around 12 weeks long, 3 nights a week, for 3 hours an evening.
